We believe in exceeding expectations we do this by providing immediate access to the best possible orthotic service and products that maximise client satisfaction.

We want to provide you with the best possible service. To achieve this we make these commitments to ensure:
It is always our priority to achieve the most effective results for you. Sometimes your requirements will require nothing more than the expertise and experience of our orthotists, who will provide you with the very best orthotics. However, sometimes the best results will be achieved through input from a team of professions, and that’s why our multidisciplinary team are always on hand to help, from one off advice sessions to ongoing care. Our multidisciplinary ream consists of:
All of our orthotists are HCPC, BAPO registered and experienced in providing cutting edge devices. They have a range of specialist experience from pediatrics to sports performance.
Our HCPC, CSP registered physiotherapists are used to working in collaboration with orthotists and with people who wear orthotic devices. They can ensure that your body and any devices that you are using are working together in the best way possible, as well as treating conditions that are not directly related to your orthotic device. Our team consists of specialist neurology, musculoskeletal and paediatric physiotherapists.
Our HCPC, COT registered occupational therapists can use their wide range of experience to help you to improve your functionality. They will focus on the tasks that you or your child carry out regularly and are important to you or them. They can provide reports recommending changes, adaptations and special pieces of equipment or work with you to help you learn to carry out tasks.
Our personal trainers specialise in working with people who have difficulty exercising under normal conditions. They can provide friendly advice about a range of exercises using our specialist gym equipment, but also advise you on exercises you can do at home. They can also offer dietary advice to contribute to your overall health.
Our podiatrists are registered under the HCPC and SCPOD. They offer advice and treatment from diabetic foot care and vascular conditions to sports and gait assessments. They can also provide treatment for some foot skin conditions such as verrucas, blisters and corns.
We take a multidisciplinary approach to provide the most effective and innovative solutions. We are able to offer a wide range of cutting edge specialist services, including those which are not available through the NHS.
We realise that everyone is different and that’s why all of our solutions are bespoke. Our clinicians will take time to understand you, your lifestyle and ambitions and prescribe the best course of action for you. We will never prescribe a device unless we are confident that it will be of benefit and where we do we have a range of options for all budgets.
We don’t believe in prescribing devices or services that are unnecessarily expensive and will provide you with all the information you need to make the right choice. We also provide finance options to offset the cost of treatment so that you can achieve your potential in as short a timeframe as possible.
We don’t believe that you should have to interrupt your daily schedule to get the best possible treatment. We offer immediate access to our service with no waiting list and can arrange appointments at a time that suits you.
Our clinicians are constantly on the lookout for the latest studies regarding orthotic treatment. They regularly review research as well as listening to feedback from their own patients to enable them to recommend the best possible orthotic solutions.
We want to maximise your performance and achieve effective results for you. Our service is always immediately and easily accessible. We work with individuals, case managers, solicitors, and organisations.
If you are interested in any of our services, or would like to find out further information, then the first step is to call us. Our phone lines are open from 8am to 8pm on weekdays, 9am to 5pm on Saturdays and 9am to 4pm on Sundays. You can also email us at email@example.com. If you have requested specialist information then a clinician will call you back as soon as possible. We can give you a rough estimate of the cost of your device and / or treatment at this point.
Should you require an appointment with a member of our team at any other time then we are always on hand. For those who would benefit from a course of appointments, aftercare packages are available. Because we are a private service, we don't have a waiting list, so you will always be able to access the service when you need it.
At your initial appointment your clinician will speak to you to understand your aims and formulate a plan of action. They will talk through your options with you to help you decide which device or treatment to choose. You will be given a cost for any devices that you have been recommended, as well as any treatment as well as helpful information about finance options. They will take measurements, impressions and casts as required for your devices at this stage.
If you or a third party require a report, then we can provide one at any point during your treatment. If a report is required by your insurance company, solicitor or case manager, then it will be provided at this stage.
Our Report Writing Services
After you or your insurance company has given the go ahead for your devices to be provided, they will be made or provided according to your measurements.
